OPAL
A very soft gem, Opal comes in many colors. Many are most familiar with the jewelry grade that are very flashy in their color and brilliance. There
often appears to be shimmering rainbows captured within
because tiny water pockets became trapped in the gem as it formed. Useful for dream
work, meditation, psychic development and given as a gift
of true love. |

OBSIDIAN
Obsidian has been volcano produced and is generally found in dark colors of gray, brown, and black. |

Black Obsidian is a protective stone, reflecting negativity back to
its source. A talisman for travelers to ensure a safe

Mahogony Obsidian shows a combination of red, brown and black coloring. It can provide vitality to a persons life work, may be used to remove energy blocks and relieve tension. |

Amethyst is a popular member of the quartz family that covers all shades of lavender and purple. An excellent meditation stone and nicknamed the "Bishop's Stone", amethyst has been reputed to encourage sobriety, spirituality, inner peace, and to ease headaches. |

Rock or Crystal Quartz has been called crystallized light, petrified ice,
tears of angels and the teardrops of Isis. Used universally

tiny needles of silver or gold are surrounded by Quartz as the crystal forms. These little needles

Smoky Quartz comes in all
shades of brown and gray are found in smoky quartz. A
very “comfortable” vibration that relaxes
and strengthens at the same time. Smoky quartz grounds
and clarifies at very basic levels enabling one to change
or remove the dross or deadwood of the psyche and assume
responsibility when beginning anew. This gem has also been found to be a very beneficial aid in reducing the physical effects associated with radiation therapies commonly used in treatments of many cancers. |

Tourmalinated Quartz is Quartz that has crystalized around smaller Black Tourmaline crystals and is a great pain reliever. The Quartz seems to amplify the effects of the Black Tourmaline for that purpose. It is also a great protection stone. |

RHODOCHROSITE
Rhodochrosite is peachy
to deep-watermelon pink with white swirls, this is a love
attracting stone to the max. Assists in dealing with,
sorting out, and redirecting emotional energy, lessening
trauma, giving and receiving love. |

RHODONITE
Rhodonite is a
heart stone. Rhodonite is usually found near silver when
it’s mined and is cotton candy pink to light rosy
red with black, silver or gold veins running throughout.
It repels confusion and doubt, helps to mend a broken heart,
attract a new love, and strengthen one’s self-image. |

RHYOLITE
Rhyolite is a green stone with chalcedony inclusions. It fortifies self respect and feeling
of self value, helps to accept ourselves as we are and
has an emotionally balancing effect. |

RIVERSTONE
A jasper related stone generally found in pastel colors to brick red, slate
blue, beige-white, dusty rose and brown. Its qualities are
still being discovered, but it’s known for it’s
regenerative effect on the physical body and for it’s
ability to relieve anxiety. Riverstones have been naturally tumbled by nature in fast moving streams and rivers. |

Rubies are pale
pink to an almost garnet wine red color The ruby has

King of gems, it has been used as a symbol of royalty,

RUBY in ZOISITE
 Today, most Zoisite found is the type called 'Ruby in Zoisite' (also known as Anyolite). This combination of gems has highly energetic properties. If you find the effects of Ruby by itself a bit much, the Zoisite can soften that rough road. |
