Zodiac Affinity
Heulandite has a special affinity with Sagittarius. It has a Receptive Energy, its Planet is the Moon, and its Element is Air.
Folklore
While I have not experienced this myself, it is written that Heulandite can be used to travel back to the ancient civilizations of Atlantis and Lemuria where ancient knowledge and traditions may be found.
The above idea also goes along with Native American beliefs of being taken to the great Void which is the source of all creation. It is there we are provided with the acceptance of choosing (or creating) our current reality.
Crystal System
Heulandite has a monoclinic crystal structure and is a Silicate in the family of Zeolites. It is formed in the same manner as Stilbite from water that has seeped through lava and dissolved minerals which crystalizes in open pockets forming these smaller, but beautiful crystals.
While there are over fifty members of the Zeolite family, many individual types are not easily distinguished without complicated testing. Heulandite is one that is found throught the world more often than any other member of the Zeolite family. It's coloring is generally peachy but is also found in shades of reddish browns and sometimes so pale it appears as what could be considered white. |

Spiritually...
Heulandite, like many Zeolites, provides a loving energy. It is helpful in exploring old and new spiritual paths and synthesizes them to bring about the best actualizations of both.
Emotionally...
Heulandite provides a grounding energy to help manifest what has been learned on the spiritual level. It helps release distressing thoughts by replacing them with openess and willingness.
Application
I have found this a wonderful stone to focus upon during meditation and beneficial when laid upon the Brow (third eye) Chakra. It has a very warm and soothing energy.

Heulandite has been used to enhance weight loss, in disorders of the feet, for shortness of breath, and in recovery from a loss.

Color: White - Crown Chakra. Programs the mental body for the ability to create one's own reality. Brings about entrance into the Void where the creation of all existence lies. Aids in understanding that all limits are in the mind and heals it to release those limitations. Furthers our ability to manifest a good life.
