It’s important to remember that tools are simply that. The real power of a tool comes from you, not the tool. The purpose of a tool is to focus your own power and to serve in visualizing what is happening. We will cover types of tools, creating them, consecrating them and altar placement.
There are four dimensions, properties, or elements used in the creation of magickal tools. The physical or material properties, the emotions or vibrations, the focus or will, and the actions or rituals compromise the four elements of magic. The more effort and personal energy we put into creating a magickal tool, the more magick or power that tool contains. In some ways the process by which we create our tools is that of creating art. The more personal energy and time we extend, the greater the creative force that will be included in it.
Are you new to the Craft and wanting to learn more? I have developed a series of classes designed for learning the basics of the art of Magick, Wiccan and Pagan practices.
We do not focus on one individual doctrine, but more on the common beliefs between them. I have designed these classes for those beginning their journey on this path providing the sound basics practiced by many. After completing the five basic classes you will have the opportunity to participate in a New Beginnings Ritual with other like minded folk.
